Navigating the Reappointment and Promotion Processes
This workshop focuses on the importance of being a vocal self-advocate when approaching the reappointment process. We explore how to create a cohesive reappointment file and successfully highlight your unique accomplishments that bring value to your department and our campus. Our panelists will briefly share their own approach to the reappointment applications, identifying challenges and opportunities that arise as faculty navigate their own reappointment processes. They will offer concrete (and memorable) suggestions to help participants get the most out of this important process and ensure their long-term success at CU. A 20-minute open discussion/Q&A with participants follows these brief remarks. Questions? Contact Lev Szentkirályi, Faculty Fellow, Teaching and Clinical Faculty
